These Terms govern use of the Northframe AI Studio website and professional services. Project-specific terms are defined in written proposals or service agreements.

Services

We provide consulting, workflow design, content system configuration, training, documentation, and related creative or technical services.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, lawful source materials, timely feedback, authorized brand assets, and designated reviewers.

Fees and payment

Fees, milestones, deposits, and payment terms are stated in the applicable proposal. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final custom deliverables as described in the project agreement. Pre-existing methods, templates, general know-how, and reusable tools remain the property of Northframe AI Studio unless assigned in writing.

AI-generated output

AI-assisted content requires human review. Clients are responsible for final approval, publishing decisions, factual verification, rights clearance, and compliance with platform rules and applicable law.

Confidentiality

Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other party and will use it only for the agreed business purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from a project is limited to fees paid for the affected services. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
